Notiscale (“ID26, operating under the brand Notiscale”) engages the third-party subprocessors below to help provide the Services. Each subprocessor is bound by data protection obligations consistent with our Data Processing Agreement and the GDPR. The exact providers used may depend on the features a customer enables.

International transfers
Some subprocessors are located outside the European Economic Area, including in the United States. Where personal data is transferred outside the EEA, we rely on appropriate safeguards under Chapter V GDPR, such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs), together with supplementary security measures.
Changes & notifications
