AI activity logs and message tracking: how to use both
Understand the difference between AI runtime history and message status. Investigate creator account coverage without confusing activity with delivery.

AI activity history and message tracking answer different questions. Activity history helps establish when AI was running for a profile and platform. Message tracking helps investigate a particular outgoing message. Neither signal alone proves that a fan read a message or purchased an offer.
Notiscale records AI activity intervals and has a message tracking workflow. Use them together when investigating coverage, while keeping their scope clear: runtime history is not a complete audit trail of every action taken by every person in an agency.
Start with a specific question
Replace “the AI did nothing” with something you can investigate: was AI active on this connected account between two stated times, and what happened to the relevant messages?
Record the creator, platform and time zone before comparing records. Views can appear inconsistent when they use different reporting windows. Check the account identity too, particularly when a creator has several platform profiles.
Check activity before interpreting an empty queue
An activity interval indicates when the AI process was active. It does not imply that a reply was required throughout the interval. There may have been no new message, an account issue or a conversation governed by different settings.
Review the intended schedule and configuration alongside connection state. Resolve reauthentication issues before treating an absence of outgoing messages as a conversation-quality problem.

Filter the message tracker around the question
Notiscale's message tracker includes creator, platform, sender and time-range filters. It also distinguishes paid and free messages, records reply timing and shows purchase status for tracked offers. Use those fields to narrow the investigation before drawing conclusions from a total.
For example, select one creator and platform over a defined period, then inspect paid offers separately from free replies. The tracker can show AI-marked and human activity; verify the attribution behind those labels when measuring autonomous AI rather than other automation.
A sent-message record is different from a read receipt or a completed purchase. The tracker is not a delivery queue: do not infer retry state or platform acknowledgement from a sales or reply-time view. If delivery itself is in doubt, investigate the connection and relevant platform record before manually resending.
Leave a useful investigation note
Identify the affected account, time window, observed status and next action. Explain whether the issue concerns configuration, connectivity or a specific message. That makes a handoff easier than a vague report that an account “looks broken.”
Include only the minimum context needed. Avoid copying private fan messages into broad reports when an authorized teammate can inspect the conversation directly.
Use activity as context for performance
When comparing AI and human coverage, account for periods when each was assigned to work. An inactive profile should not be evaluated as though it had a full shift of incoming conversations.
Runtime is not a productivity or revenue metric by itself. Combine it with defined outcomes and comparable accounts. The chatter KPI guide explains denominators and attribution.
Know the limits of the record
If you need permission-change history, every human action or specific evidence retention, verify those capabilities separately. Do not infer them from a feature labeled “activity.” Ask what is recorded, for how long and who can access it.
